1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy covers the business-to-business programs of Erb & Young Insurance operated under The Million Dollar Operator ("MDO," "we," "us") — including our websites and funnels (such as go.themilliondollaroperator.com), our free live training events, and The Million Dollar Operator community. It is written for the business audience of those programs: independent insurance agency owners and their teams. Our consumer insurance services are covered separately at erbandyounginsurance.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you register for an event, join a waitlist, or enroll in the community, we collect information such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, agency name, and your answers to questions like “What's your biggest struggle right now?” If you purchase a membership, our payment processors collect your payment details; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

Information collected automatically. When you use our pages we and our service providers collect device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page you registered on, referral parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers like fbclid), cookie identifiers used by advertising platforms (such as Meta's _fbp and _fbc), and timestamps. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for this.

3. How we use it

• To register you for events and deliver your personal Zoom join link;
• To send event reminders and follow-ups by email and, with your consent, SMS;
• To operate the community, including onboarding, live calls, and member resources;
• To process payments and manage billing for paid memberships;
• To measure and improve our marketing, including matching conversions to our advertising on platforms like Meta;
• To send you relevant offers about MDO programs; and
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

4. Email and text messages

By registering with SMS consent checked, you agree to receive event reminder and marketing text messages from us at the number you provided, including messages sent by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Cookies and advertising technology

We use advertising and analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to measure ad performance and reach people likely to benefit from our programs. These tools may receive hashed contact information and the device identifiers described above. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings, your Meta ad preferences, and industry opt-outs such as aboutads.info/choices.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who process it for us — for example: HighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, email, and SMS delivery), Zoom (event hosting and reminders), Kajabi (community platform), payment processors for paid memberships, Meta (advertising measurement), and automation tools that connect these systems. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we have a business relationship with you and as needed for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, reply STOP to end texts, and contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights (such as access, deletion, correction, and portability); we honor verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Not for children

Our programs are for business owners and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Third-party platforms

Zoom, Kajabi, Meta, and other platforms we use have their own privacy policies. When you interact with them (for example, joining a Zoom webinar), their policies also apply.
